ECOMONDO China – CDEPE 2024 The event successfully took place at the Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Chengdu from May 16th to 18th. The exhibition, jointly organised by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association (CEPIA), the Italian Foreign Trade Commission (IFTC), and the Sichuan Environmental Protection Industry Association (SEPA), focuses on showcasing technologies, equipment, and solutions in green sectors such as global environmental management, water pollution control, air pollution prevention and control, and environmental monitoring.
As one of the main exhibitors at the Italian Pavilion, SYSTEA was invited to participate in the exhibition and made a brilliant appearance with its comprehensive biological toxicity solutions. In recent years, to establish itself in the Chinese market, SYSTEA has thoroughly understood the application needs of Chinese customers and has achieved localised operation of its products and services, gaining significant attention from on-site professionals.
During the same period as the fair, as part of the eighth Italian Sustainable Development Day and the Rong-European Industrial and Technological Dialogue, Ms Lin Jiamei, SYSTEA's representative in China, shared a technical presentation titled “Biotoxicity Early Warning and Monitoring in Drinking Water Sources”, which attracted the attention of many clients and was highly praised by guests due to its profound technical expertise.
Lin Jiamei stated that biotoxicity indicators can visually reflect the health status of the environment, comprehensively assess environmental quality and ecological risk, and represent an indispensable and important indicator in the field of ecotoxicology. In this regard, SYSTEA has launched a comprehensive solution for biotoxicity monitoring, covering three main application scenarios: online monitoring, laboratory testing, and portable testing, to help customers meet the application needs of early warning for drinking water safety and emergency monitoring.
